I am a seasoned data scientist with background in Computer Engineering and Software Engineering. Currently, I am living in Frankfurt, Germany.

I specialize in development of advanced Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI methods to address a wide array of challenges, ensuring seamless management of the necessary software infrastructure – a guarantee for transformative and successful data science projects.

Over the years, I have cultivated extensive experience in diverse settings, including startup environments, academia, established corporations, and enterprises, collaborating with multi-cultural teams to deliver superior, cost-effective data-driven solutions that effectively address business challenges or optimize existing solutions.

I have a proven track record of driving impactful projects across diverse sectors. Serving as the Technical Product Owner, I spearheaded the pricing intelligence project at Schenker AG, orchestrating seamless collaboration among departments to implement ETL processes and design and deploy a multi-modal recommendation engine for customer and shipment segmentation. Notably, I proposed a Deep Neural Regression ensemble model for an ETA project, yielding a remarkable 30% performance enhancement while drastically reducing training costs by 99%.

My expertise extends to data quality improvement initiatives, evidenced by my tenure at SCHUFA HOLDING AG, where I collaborated with domain experts to develop and maintain a rule-based engine, achieving a 77% reduction in annotated errors. Furthermore, I designed and developed an AI system that combined data from various internal processes to correct over 500K corrupted consumer entries which led to increased revenue. Additionally, I led pioneering research efforts at L3S Research Center, contributing extensively to publications and managing large-scale projects like the NoBIAS ITN. With a strong foundation in both academia and industry, I offer invaluable insights and AI expertise to drive business success.
